Wolverine rewrite not before time

It’s an odd one the Wolverine spin-off movie, you can see where there’s a market for it, but the proposed storyline is baffling.

The word on the seedy old internet highways is that we are to be treated to the origins of the adamantium-clawed fast-healing cigar smoker.

A storyline which was fairly well covered in both X-Men and X-Men 2.

So it’s reasonably heartening to hear that Skip Woods, the writer of Hitman and Swordfish, has been brought in to give the whole thing a fairly swift kick in the chops.

He better get a move on though as production is supposed to start in Australia next month.

Wolverine in Space it is then.
