Writer/director Apatow's remarkable new comedy, in which two strangers have a one night stand and accidentally concieve a baby. Slacker Ben (Rogen) and career girl Alison (Heigl) decide to make a go of it and hilarity ensues. A superb mix of 'Animal House'-style gross out humour and 'Love Story' sentimentality, that stands out, not just because the jokes are side-splittingly funny, but because nearly everything that happens to the couple rings so true.
