Armando (Ferrell) is a simple-minded Mexican rancher whose life is disrupted when his brother (Luna) crosses his own ruthless drug-cartel boss Onza (Bernal). This spoof of a violent Spanish-language Western may be in Spanish but it fatally lacks jokes, despite hard work by an overqualified cast.
