Ghosts of Girlfriends Past

Promiscuous celebrity photographer Connor Mead (Matthew McConaughey) is visited by the ghost of his late Uncle Wayne (Michael Douglas), the hard-partying ladies man upon whose exploits he has modeled his lifestyle. Uncle Wayne takes Connor on an odyssey of his relationships past, present and future and he discovers that his dream girl has been right in front of him all the time (Jennifer Garner). Yes that's right this is A Christmas Carol crossed with Bridget Jones's Diary re-imagined by some benign monogamy lobbyist group.
