Live! at The Roof Gardens is delighted to announce that platinum-selling artist, Fleur East will be taking to the stage on Saturday 13th May. Since blowing the judges away on Season 11 of The X Factor, Fleur went on to sign with Simon Cowell's Syco Music label and became a household name. Fleur will be getting the crowd well and truly into the summer groove with a live set of hits from her best-selling debut album; 'Love, Sax & Flashbacks'. Supporting Fleur on the Live! stage will be London-born soul artist, Sophia Mackay. Raised in Barbados, her music combines her diverse cultural influences and connects Caribbean and West African grooves with fresh and earthy soul. The Club House doors will open from 1.30pm, and guests will be able to explore the three stunning themed Gardens before performances begin at 2.30pm. A range of gourmet snacks will be available throughout the afternoon from the outdoor BBQ, offering guests the opportunity to refuel before heading straight back to the dance floor. The Roof Gardens in Kensington is delighted to announce the eagerly anticipated return of Proms on the Roof. This year's series will feature up and coming classical musicians from the prestigious Royal College of Music. On selected Wednesday evenings in May and August guests are invited to lose themselves in a green oasis high above the streets of London, whilst enjoying music as beautiful as the setting. The bar will be open all evening and a delicious selection of food will be on offer so guests can choose the perfect accompaniment to their proms experience. Food choices include freshly prepared risotto, gourmet burgers and fresh strawberries and cream, with prices starting from £6. Tickets are priced at £29.50 and can be purchased from Design my Night. Following 2016's sell out event, The Roof Gardens is delighted to announce the return of its Comedy Festival on Sunday 25th June 2017. This is an unrivalled opportunity to preview some exclusive Edinburgh Fringe material ahead of the crowds in what is sure to be one of the highlights of the summer. Headlining this year's event will be award-winning comedian Dane Baptiste. The London born stand-up has had previous sell-out shows at Edinburgh and across the UK, as well as writing and starring in BBC sitcom series 'Sunny D'. Joining Dane on the main stage, and following in the footsteps of Katherine Ryan, Doc Brown, Joe Lycett and Katy Brand, will be critically acclaimed Matt Richardson and Tom Deacon. Completing the line up on the Tudor Garden stage will be Lucy Porter, Bobby Mair and Ellie Taylor. From 3pm - 9pm guests will enjoy a truly unique blend of laugh oud loud comedy coupled with delicious cocktails, outdoor garden games and outstanding BBQ food in one of London's most unique venues.
