Our Exercise Group is for our LGBT+ Community in Bristol. Our family and friends can join too. We exercise for an hour by doing a series of Squats, Lunges, Push and Core-work, which works our upper and lower body for maximum weight loss and strength training. We use our own body weight, Kettle Bells and Physio Bands and each exercise is time-based, so you can set your own targets.
As we're a community group, there's the option to socialise with a drink afterward. We're a very friendly and welcoming group and range from different fitness levels.
The session is only £3.50 to cover studio hire and the instructor's fee. Therefore, we appeal to both new and experience fitness enthusiast, where paying an extra £3.50 isn't too much beyond an existing gym membership.
We can exercise in a safe and non-judgemental space while being ourselves. It's great seeing class members make new connections and catching up with friends in our LGBTQ+ community.
