Brain Training

Hi everyone,

My name is David. I provide training on the psychology and strategy of how to flourish as an individual. To give you a brief background on my passion for this. I struggled for years with my identity, direction, and relationships. I suffered from an eating disorder and depression, and when I was 22 I lost my Dad to cancer.

Losing my Dad was an absolute game-changer for me. It was then I realised what is important in life, to live a life of love and service. That is what I have sought to do ever since, to use the lessons and experience of my hardships to help others overcome theirs. I have a grand dream to revolutionise the way we approach health and education, and I would like to think that revolution might start with a small group of people coming together in Bristol!

I am looking to bring together a group of people hungry for growth and change in their lives. If you are interested in personal development, entrepreneurship, and holistic health, then the workshops we do in this group will feed your hunger for improvement. This group provides free evening workshops, as well as longer weekend events, that will provide you with the means to accelerate your personal growth.

I can't wait to meet you.

Wishing you Wellness, David

Bristol Sound Healing Sessions

“Sound has the power to re-pattern and balance the vibration of your body, mind, and soul.”

If every sound is vibration and if the vibration touches each and every cell of our body, we can understand that we don't perceive sound only with the ears, but with cell in our body.

Stress reduction is one of the most important results of receiving sound therapy. Stress is the underlying cause of many physical conditions and it melts away with ease when you are bathed in a sea of sound healing vibrations.

Sound Therapy is so effective because it influences our emotional bodies as well as our physical bodies. Emotional imbalances are at the root of many physical diseases and when we heal our emotional bodies, the physical symptoms disappear. Sound and emotions are deeply connected. Human emotions have their immediate expression through sound, and it is often the repression of the sound of the emotions that creates emotional blockages. Conversely, sound can be used to unlock the blocked emotions and release them with ease and grace.

An increasing number of mainstream medical and education institutions around the world use healing affects of Himalayan singing bowls and gongs as a vital process of cancer treatment. Deepak Chopra Centre in California has found that the sound of Himalayan singing bowls is chemically metabolised in the body as the endogenous opioid, which works as internal medicine and pain reduction.

Some benefits of Sound Therapy:

-Affects all cells in your body.

-Balances both hemispheres of the brain.

-Changes our old patterns of behaviour, habits and way of thinking that no longer serve us and are harmful to our health.

-Cleanses negative energy and emotions.Connecting with your higher self.

-Deep relaxation.

-Helps to recover after illness, traumas and invasive medical treatments.

-Helps to cope with life's challenges.

-Improves sleep. Increases vital energy flow, creativity, intuition and motivation.

-Makes positive changes to our whole being.

-Removes blockages and toxins.

-Self-regeneration. Soothes, purify and harmonise your emotions and feelings.

-Stimulates circulation. Stimulates endocrine glands and regulates hormonal functioning.Strengthens immune system.

-Stress reduction.

Native American Flute Circle Bristol

Come and join other Native American flute enthusiasts and see how easy it is to play this inspiring and spiritual instrument. It’s easy… only 5 or 6 holes to cover! The Native American flute is over 5,000 years old and ancient people used it for ceremonies, for healing or just for pleasure. It can be easily played by ear that and beginners will be able to produce beautiful music within a few minutes regardless of prior musical experience. It is also a powerful tool to express feelings and emotions, connect to your real self and go to deep level meditation. You will have an opportunity to make music from your heart in an easy and enjoyable way, while you share it with others.

We will learn different techniques and styles of playing. If you don’t have a flute, you can borrow one. You can bring any instruments or percussion items that complement the flute, i.e. drums, rattles, shakers, clickers, etc, …or even a guitar.

We will play indoors, or weather permitting, outdoors in a beautiful setting. We can form small groups to play at events or venues around town. We can even go for hikes in the countryside and take our flutes to connect to Mother Nature.

Let the music inside of you be expressed through this beautiful instrument and share it with others. It is a wonderful way of healing and creating community.
