- UK release: 22 March 2019
Adelaide (Nyong’o) and Gabe (Duke) arrive at their holiday home with their children, only to be confronted by a mysteriously familiar foursome. Peele’s follow up to Get Out is a neat twist on the home invasion story, with beautifully executed set pieces, and Nyong’o is phenomenal as both protagonist and chief aggressor. Fresh and arresting.

116 mins | Dir: Jordan Peele | Cast includes: Lupita Nyong'o, Winston Duke, Elisabeth Moss
Following his ground-breaking directorial debut Get Out, the Oscar-winning visionary Jordan Peele returns with another original provocative and socially conscious nightmare.
Haunted by an unexplainable and unresolved trauma from her past and compounded by a string of eerie coincidences, Adelaide (Oscar-winner Lupita Nyong'o) feels her paranoia elevate to high-alert as she grows increasingly certain that something bad is going to befall her family. After spending a tense beach day with their friends, the Tylers (Emmy winner Elisabeth Moss, Tim Heidecker, Cali Sheldon, Noelle Sheldon), Adelaide and her family return to their vacation home. When darkness falls, the Wilsons discover the silhouette of four figures holding hands as they stand in the driveway.
Us pits an endearing American family against a terrifying and uncanny opponent: doppelgängers of themselves.
