Richard (Coogan) is a super-rich fashion tycoon, being followed around by an official biographer (Mitchell). Winterbottom’s satire takes on too many targets and, while funny, is never clever enough to be truly satisfying, with characters appearing as plot devices rather than as people in their own right. The targets are righteous but it misses the mark.
