  • Cast: Damien Bonnard, Alexis Manenti, Djibril Zonga

Stéphane (Bonnard) joins Montfermeil’s Anti-Crime Brigade along with Chris (Manenti) and Gwada (Zonga), but their aggressive approach leads to fatalities. This debut film by Mali-born director Ly is hard-edged cop thriller, lean, powerful and superbly acted, which offers the kind of stark commentary featured in Do the Right Thing. Audacious and compelling.
