Low-budget, high-concept drama about sound engineer Charlotte (Dequenne), who revisits the village where her mother was recently found murdered. While using sound equipment to carry out her own investigation into her death, Charlotte discovers that she can hear and record voices from the past. Anchored by Dequenne's compelling, often wordless lead performance, this is a very promising debut from writer/director Kavaïté.
