A brass band made up of members of the Egyptian police force have been booked to play at the opening of an Arab culture centre near Tel Aviv, but no one has come to meet them at the airport and they have just caught the wrong bus. Director Kolirin fashions a beautifully acted melancholic comedy from this farcical premise, steering clear of politics and focusing instead on the generosity and understatement of his characters.
