Off-the-wall yuletide horror starring Jakobi as a Father Christmas you really wouldn't wish to find up your chimney. "Not all Christmas stories are laced with sugar plum faires and tales of kindness. Some feature a very differnet kind of Christmas spirit. One that will really make you ask yourelves; Do i beleive in Santa Claus? On the eve of Christmas a young boy sets out to discover the truth behind several strange goings on in his small isolated village. Why have all the reindeer been slaughtered? Who took all the hairdryers and radiators? And, most terrifiingly of all, where have all the children gone? Tinged with black comedy that only the scandinavians know how to deliver, Rare Exports: A Christmas Tale returns to Studio 74 and offres a welcome alternative that is destined to become the perfect Christmas cult film!"
