A bar owner (Holmes) hires a Croatian hitman (Shevtsov) to kill a local garage owner, but it all goes south when the hitman is involved in an accident. Writer/director China's debut isn't so much a homage to the Coens as a rip-off of them. Even the wonderfully laconic Shevtsov can't save it.
