Clyde (Morgan) attempts to ease the tension of divorce from Stephanie (Sedgwick) by allowing daughter Em (Calis) to buy a mysterious box at a garage sale. Oops: it contains a malevolent spirit from Jewish folklore. The po-faced approach provokes laughs rather than shocks, and despite nicely underplayed acting it's all a bit moth-eaten.
