Eight volunteers in a remote research laboratory settle down to take part in a trial for new drug Pro9; however, the drug turns out to have some nasty and unsuspected-by-everyone-except-the-cinemagoer side-effects. Writer/director Clark's debut film is spoiled by insufficient surprise, not enough good hard scares and a formulaic script.
