In this slow-release second film from the writer/director of The Death of Mr Lazarescu, Viorel (Puiu himself) plays a divorcé with a secret. It takes over an hour for the storytelling skill and humour to kick in, and the result is just too evasive and exacting, but it still rewards close attention.
