Fictional reconstruction of a real incident, in which an anonymous caller posing as a cop persuaded the manager of a fast-food outlet to strip-search a female employee. Despite good, unshowy performances, Zobel's decision to concentrate on the initial incident makes its point about the need to question authority, but fails to address tougher questions.
