Ryan (Johnson) and Justin (Wayans) are two loser flatmates who decide to pretend to be LAPD officers, only to fall foul of psychopathic criminal Mossi (D'Arcy). Some good ideas and the leads' comic chemistry are let down by uncertain writing, misguided directorial choices and sloppy editing, but it's amiable enough.
