- Directed by: Sharon Lockhart
Rudzienko grew out of a series of educational workshops that Lockhart organised for a young Polish woman named Milena (who she met when filming Pòdworka) and 15 of her contemporaries. The workshops were held near to an orphanage just outside Warsaw, where Milena is currently living, and were designed to empower the girls' voice.
Together, the girls, Lockhart’s educators and the film crew created a script for the film, where the conversations that they hold interact with the surrounding landscape.
