Nicholas Hathaway (Hemsworth) is an imprisoned computer genius who's enlisted to help the FBI and Chinese government fight a cyber-attack on a nuclear power plant. Mann can still deliver an explosive urban gun battle but the story is utter rubbish, and the film feels like a 90s straight-to-video thriller that's been jazzed up a bit.
