Documentary about sleep paralysis, sufferers of which tend to have vivid and terrifying nightmares sharing common features (shadowy men, spirits etc.) The first-person testimonies are vivid enough but their very similarity makes them repetitive, and Ascher fails to offer any explanation or expert contribution, undermining what could have been a fascination exploration of the power of the mind.
