A multi-video art installation transformed into a playful and provocative full-length film. Blanchett plays 13 different characters reciting different artistic and political doctrines: a bag lady, a news reporter, a puppeteer, a primary school teacher (explaining Dogme 95 to her baffled pupils.) Blanchett’s performance is a tour de force of humour and pathos.
