Simon (Robinson) is a young high school student who hasn’t yet come out as gay, who starts swapping email with an anonymous fellow student calling himself ‘Blue’. The script gets bogged down in irrelevant subplots and the first kiss is delayed until the end credits, making it a disappointing cop-out as gay teen movies go; indies handle this much better.
