When uptight American couple Anne (Collette) and Bob (Keitel) throw a party and find that they have 13 settings, they get their maid Maria (de Palma) to masquerade as another guest, but she falls for a wealthy British aristocrat. Though it ultimately shies away from class critique, the lightweight premise is buoyed up by strong performances from Collette and de Palma.
