Lila (Madani) grows up in the high rises of Marolles in Brussels, dreaming of becoming a dancer who takes the hip-hop world by storm. She leaves all that she holds dear, including her disapproving father, to move to Paris where she discovers some cold, hard truths. Disillusionment and disappointment drag her down but she starts to find her true calling as a feisty, hilarious stand-up comedian.
